The location was fantastic, room was nice, garden scene outside was pretty, attentive service, individualized care.
Not obvious to find.

The location of this ryokan was great as it was right in the center of everything, and we could easily access the amazing O'Hara museums. the service was quite attentive, and the room was spotless and cozy. We were also impressed by the delicious breakfast served in the morning.
The ryokan lacked a warm and welcoming atmosphere, like many other ryokans we've stayed in before. That being said, the garden was quite small, and there was no outside seating area which was quite disappointing.

The garden view outside the room was very pretty, and it was lovely to wake up to it. The location was bustling and great for exploring the surroundings. The service was also very attentive and we felt well taken care of.
It did feel a bit cold and formal at times, lacking that personal touch. The beer was expensive and there was no selection of craft brews.

I loved the central location of this hotel, which made it easy for me to walk to all the O'Hara museums. The cleanliness of my room and the hotel facilities were top-notch, as well as the attentive and friendly service from the staff members. Moreover, the breakfast served here was delicious and exceeded my expectations.
Nothing to be said.

Nice garden view outside the room and the central location of the hotel were great advantages for a city trip. the hotel was spotless and employees polite, which creates a good first impression.
But unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing for the price. It had a corporate and formal atmosphere, lacking warmth and welcoming feeling.
